So I finally got to finish this terrific challenge! I've never tried this technique, but it is really simple and beautiful. The only problem I had was waiting for the paint to dry!
I used Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood Red with the lumiere paint on the acetate. I set the folder beside the acetate so I had a general idea of where to stipple the green vs the red. I used the stylized flower CB folder (I think). The flower is also colored with the same colors. It was colored with a blender pen on watercolor paper and sponged and pierced. The bloom unfortunately moved a little when I stamped it.
Great challenge! This was a fun card....now who to send it to.....? It is another of my mom's stamp sets that she is letting me borrow......maybe I could send it to her so she can see what's she's missing.....bad daughter am I am I...

This is so spectacular! I love the way you spot-lighted the petals of the bkg. So pretty!
I think that in the future, this will be a start tonight/finish tomorrow technique! I loved it...so fun, and fabulous results, but the waiting to dry could be torture!
