Thank you to Lesliespringer for this fun image to send to our giraffe-lovin' daughter for her birthday at college back in the U.S. What fun!
I colored the image with gel pens to be like the patterned paper, but more intense. I also used clear EP heat embossed onto the balloons, the giraffe's nose, anything red, and, of course, the gift (sorry the photo doesn't show the EP). Also colored the gift image on a spare copy, and cut it out so I could fold back its sides to make it 3D; stuck on with Diamond Glaze. Added the googlie eyes to the giraffe. Hand-drew the faux stitching on the patterned paper. Glued the flowers, salvaged from a silk flower arrangement, with Tacky Glue. Added the little black half-spheres with Diamond Glaze; they were salvaged from something or other, too. Punched the sentiment and then hand-drew the zigzag border and popped the circle on dimensionals.
Thanks for lookin' at my goofy fun!
Pax et bonum,
Carol
