I made my own specialty paper for the Ways to Use It challenge by running cardstock through a Snowflakes embossing folder, brayering white pigment ink over the raised snowflakes, then adding some clear embossing powder--not being too careful where it went--and heat setting it. After it was cool, I added Stickles here and there to some of the snowflakes.
The layout is due to The Cats Pajama's challenge. Leigh did not give dimensions on her blog, so I cut my card to fit the largest long rectangle Nestabilities die. It happens to fit a standard 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 envelope. When designing my card, I started with the ribbon, and chose colors from there. Kitty is colored with Prismacolor pencils. I put Stickles on Kitty's coat, muff, and hat.
