I made this card for my stepson's birthday. He plays bass guitar and is very into music. It was a very simple card once I found the specialty paper but it was hard to find things that matched. So, I cut one of the guitars out of the paper and affixed it over the Happy Birthday panel. I punched a photo corner using the DP. I don't remember what this paper is called, but I bought it at Jeffrey Allen's. Happy Birthday is embossed on dark CS and attached to a piece of silver CS. I used two different stamp sets for Happy Birthday. One is from Impress Rubber Stamps.
Is it a violation of the challenge rules to use a card I made a couple of months ago?

I don't think it's a violation if the card turns out as well as this one did!!! I love this paper, and love the cut out guitar!!

Lorie, I think they'll let you pass today with your previously made card. Besides, it's way to special not to present it again and again and again! With all the cards we see daily, I cant believe anyone would ever recognize it. It's really great. If you made this months ago, it must be you were holding on to it for someone very special - like a step son! Tell me, is your stage name, Melodie Gal, connected to something musical? I know, it's pretty brilliant of me to make such a connection!

Ah ha, I thought I was onto to something big, and your pm confirmed it. Knowing your background, this is one special card. Your mom would love this one, bless her heart! Love learning about your background! How wonderfully rich is that family of yours with all their musicial abilities!
