Hello!
This is a cute and quick card I made (who doesn't love that) this week while in-between my college classes. I am returning to college after 8 years (and love it) but know I won't be able to stamp much while I am in school. So I peek in my art room and stamp whenever I get the chance!
The base card is 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" square card in Blue Bayou. I cut the DP, rounded the edges with a corner punch, and adhered to base card. Tied a pink ribbon around the front of card and set aside.
Next I stamped the flower image on WW with Stazon Black, and masked the image. Then stamped the watering can in Stazon Black over the flowers. Removed the mask, let ink dry completely, and colored image with SU! markers and a dove blender pen. Colors used: Pink, celery, so saffron, and blue bayou re-inker for watering can. Sponged the edges of the image with Blue Bayou ink.
Layered the colored image with adhesive on top of a Blue Bayou scallop square. Mounted with 3-D tape and placed over the ribbon on base of card. Finished.
Thanks for looking and have a fabulous day!
