I have to admit, I didn't quite read the challenge properly so this isn't entirely in Julie's style.
The inspiration for the whole card is from the movie Grease. The paper pieced dress is a cross between Cha Cha DiGregori's and Rizo's dresses from the dance scene in the gymnasium. The sentiment I typed up on the computer - it sounded less harsh then "Lordy, Lordy, look who's forty!"

I absolutely love this card! She is just precious in her black and white polka dotted outfit! Maybe I am partial to it because of the black and white polka dots...its awesome..adorable and fun!
