This is my more orthodox use of pencils for WT181, using pencils. It also uses up the triangles I had cut for SC190, only then they were too small for the image I wanted to use. Mind you, I've still ended up with the little PB mouse, somehow...
I stamped him on white card and used watercolour pencils and an aquapainter to colour him. Glossy Accents on his feet, paws, tail and the balloon.
I used a Fiskars ShapeCutter and the circular templages to cut him and his mat, which is pale yellow Bazzill with little white rub-on flowers added. The DCVW triangles are matted onto the same yellow Bazzill, and all the edges were sponged with either Thyme Green or Sky Blue Brilliance.
I had an accident with some coffee the other day and the other blue triangle had a close encounter with it, so I used that to punch a balloon from to use for the sentiment. I sponged the edges, used rub-ons for the sentiment and tied a single strand of green embroidery cotton around it. I trailed it down the side and along the bottom with some teeny tiny drops of glue to hold it at strategic points. I love this stamp, and it made such a nice change not to be cutting him out, which I usually do. The balloon is popped up on a foam dot.
