For Technique Lovers Challenge TLC183 ~ Faux Dry Embossing
Stamped image with frost white pigment ink and then used stamp-a-ma-jig and stamped again with bordering blue classic ink. Sponged and then ink distressed edges of the white mat layer dtp with bordering blue ink. Panel is raised up on dimensionals.
Used the double rectangle punch for the faux bow and 1/8 inch circle punch for the faux brads.
