WT180, All Torn Up.
More cutting than tearing here, but I like torn paper for waves. Especially when I managed to find some with a white core...although I always have trouble remembering which direction you are meant to tear in to have the white side showing.
Paper-piecing galore here, using colours taken from a nautical t-shirt I bought on a camping holiday in France some years back. The sea is DCWV matt stack. I used those teeny tiny 1/8 inch eyelets for the portholes in the cabin, and a jumbo eyelet for the HA sentiment. A silver pen for the anchor, and that's about it, I think - a tiny scrap of Bazzill behind the windows when I realised that acetate would just look funny if the background card showed through it.
