I scrolled thru the fun swimwear in today's IC141 and found this one:http://www.athleta.com/shopping/prod...tID=4391...and thought it was perfected for a halloween card! Eclectic Backgrounds is an old, retired SU set that is...well...eclectic! I used it to stamp on the diagonal strips on white cardstock, then brayered each with almost amethyst and pumpkin, cut them and layered them on black cardstock which I mounted on black. The adorable cat-in-the-bag stamp was too large for me to make white bubbles on the black, so I settled for the wonderful spider from autumn apparations. Used re-inkers and watercolor crayons and markers, with gell pen highlights and glitter on the star and buckle (doesn't show). Card just looked too plain so I stole Faith's (Markie's Mom) use of gel dots around the card. Needless to say, I had great fun with today's challange! TFL!
