Around here I am known as the "purse bag" lady. I have made 100's of these! Even taught them to a homeschool group of kids (50) for valentine treat bags. The bags are littler than lunch bags-only 4.25" wide. I get them thru my pharmacy (have to order them 500 at a time). I have made these for every holiday and then some. They are fun to fill w/ goodies and give to friends.

Ink: Positively Pink, barely banana & bliss blue marker
Accessories: glitter, grosgrain ribbon, velcro, mini sack
Techniques: One I just came up with: "Faux Solid CS"-With a sponge I rubbed ink all over white CS. I let this dry for awhile and then sanded in both directions to give a distressed look. I just love how this came out!! I am rather proud of myself for even thinking of

LOL! Thanks camsmom! As for the directions to make this it will depend on what size bag you use. I cut my bag down to 4.25" to make it square. I cut a piece of CS the same size to cover the front and then added a little (about 1.5") for the back piece to come up and over the front. Using the slot punch I punched 2 holes in the top crease and inserted the ribbon before attaching the back piece. Then just stamp and add a design piece to the front ONLY adhering it to the TOP FLAP. Put velcro on the bottom part of the design piece to help close it.

If anyone wants any of these bags e-mail me privately. I can even get littler ones that are about 2.25" wide. They are 4 cents each. The little ones I have to order in increments of 5000. The 4.25" wide ones in increments of 500 (they are also 4 cents each). If I get enough interest, I will order them. You can paypal me or send a money order after I get them. I won't know what the postage is until I have them weighed.
