My older sister, aka.Connie Jo9, called and asked me to design a card using this image. She does a monthly class, where she brings all the supplies and ideas. All the ladies have to do are make the cards! They are then sold for donations only for their youth group. So, I hope they like this one and are able to get-er-done! LOL
I stamped this lovely lady first in black in the middle of my scalloped rectangle. On another piece of cs, before stamping, I colored only the surf board, hat and swim suit using Marvy Markers, huffing first of course. I then cut out the surf board, hat and swim suit and glued them on top of the originally stamped one.
I colored this image and the cut out pieces with w/c pencils. I also stamped a third image, cut out the whole thing to use as a mask. Put the mask on, stamped itty bitty bg on the bottom, then sponged tea dye over the itty bitty bg, Pool in the middle, sunshine yellow on top. I added a few more of the waves with my pen. I then doodled the scallops.
On another piece of cs, I stamped the sentiment. Then I sponged the edges in the three colors like the image panel, doodling on the edges. This was placed on a white card that I sponged the edges with pool. The main panel was popped up. I have to say, this is the most white I have ever left on a card! LOL
Well that about wraps this one up! TFL :0)

Wonderful, Cathy! Such a lot of work in it but it's worth every minute. I love the surfy lady and her knobbly knees LOL, also the sentiment! I hope the group enjoys making it, it'll give them a laugh as it did me. Great card!
