It's Sabrina here as your hostess this week.
In the northern hemisphere, we're nearly in the middle of summer. Let's cool down by going on a polar expedition to mark the fact that the Antarctic Treaty was enacted in 1961, reserving the entire continent for free and non-political scientific investigation..
If you're sticking to the Antarctic, then it's penguins. DH said polar bears, and then realised he was wrong. So if you'd like polar bears, please feel free to visit the North Pole instead ;-).Penguins, Polar Bears, ice floes, Northern (or Southern) Lights are all things to consider.
