Frday, February 18th, starts the Great Backyard Bird Count! It goes from the 18th to the 21st and is an opportunity to watch, learn about, count and celebrate birds. In honor of this event...and just for fun, we will be using birds on our projects today. To find out a bit more about it, you can follow this link.
A big thank you to Lisa, Polly, Sabrina and Hayne for helping me out this week with some beautiful bird cards. Remember to use the keyword, WT884, when uploading your project so that we can all see your creations. It helps if you link it up back here too. You can view the entire gallery for the challenge HERE.

This was a fun challenge and it forced me to finish something I'd already started.
I'll check out the bird count, too -- we have a couple of bird feeders and spend lots of time watching the birds, so we might as well contribute to science while we do it.
Here's my bird card.
I have an itty bitty bird on my card. I'm loving these new layering decorative masks(stencils) from SU. Here's my card.

Thanks for this challenge - I found lots of bird stamps in my collection and will have to revisit them all soon as they are really pretty!
Here is my card for today: Hi Bird
besides the wild bird feeders in my yard, I really do have chickens... so these birds just may be chickens. at any rate I have never colored this one before so, I did use the index sticker art as a jump start for my colors. Thanks Toni.
