Hi Everyone and Happy Thursday! Yes, it’s Thursday and I’m blowing bubbles today for our Ways To Use It Challenge. This will be my last challenge for the Ways To Use It Challenge. Next year my DH and I have plans to travel our beautiful country and creating may not always be easy or posting. I have so enjoyed my time on this team and sharing my creative ideas.

Join our challenge, have some fun and let us show you ways on how to stretch your stash.

I'm dreaming dreams,
I'm scheming schemes,
I'm building castles high.
They're born anew,
Their days are few,
Just like a sweet butterfly.
And as the daylight is dawning,
They come again in the morning.

I'm forever blowing bubbles,
Pretty bubbles in the air,

They reach the sky,

How many of us have made bubbles using soap? I still do this with our DGC.

My challenge to you is to create a project that incorporates bubbles….bubbles in the ocean, bubble baths or bubbles in champagne. Make them white or full of colour. Perhaps you would like to try the bokeh technique? Create a card, a scrapbook page, a tag or a journal page…the important thing is to just create.

Alternatively take inspiration from the song and words above. Did you know that this song is West Ham United Soccer Club’s anthem? I also learnt that it was sung during WWII in the air raid shelters to lift morale.

A good old song, Jaynie....published in 1919, it was in a Broadway musical called Passing Show of 1918. Harpo Marx played it on the clarinet, which then emitted bubbles. I love learning this fun stuff.
