Yes, it’s Thursday....whoohoo....which means that it’s the Ways To Use It Challenge. It’s Jayne here. Come and join our challenge, have some fun and let us show you ways on how to stretch your stash further. Let the fun begin!
Today we are going to Tape It Up! Think washi tape, drywall tape, painters tape or even make your own faux washi tape. Whatever tape you have to hand. There’s lots of ways to create a project using tape. You can use tape behind a negative die cut for an original pattern; use strips of washi tape directly onto your cardstock, or spray inks through drywall tape. Just let your imagination and creativity flow. Your project can either be a card, a scrapbook or journal page, or a tag. Anything goes and hopefully we can inspire you to play!
When uploading your project, remember to use the keyword WT842so we can see your creation in the gallery. It also helps if you link your project on the Ways to Use It thread too.
Our team has lots of inspiration for you each Thursday.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

Thank you Jayne for this fun chalenge I've used lots of tape on my card and had fun to make it, I saw Lisa's card early this morning so could start before your challenge was online.

Perfect challenge to make a masculine card as requested by DH. Hope to do something with washi tape now that I have a couple of days off. Thanks, Jayne.
Great challenge, Jayne! Your cards are wonderful, too. One of my favorite techniques is the inking up of masking tape for backgrounds. I will be back when I get home!
