Hello friends...Cathy here and it is my week to share a new Ways to Use It Challenge.
Life is a gift...enjoy every moment! Your challenge is to celebrate life by including a gift on your card. Of course you may use a stamped image of a gift OR you can make your card or project the gift itself by adding a gift card pocket element or a bookmark. You may even make a gift bag or box. You may incorporate a gift into your project however you choose...just have fun and enjoy the creative process! Can't wait to see the gift filled gallery!
Remember to use the keyword WT839 when uploading your project so we can see your creation in the gallery. Since the keywords have not always been working recently to display your creations in the proper gallery, we strongly suggest that you link your project in this thread. That way we will not miss seeing your card and can make comments. Thank you!

Here's mine; great to use a die that was bought with Christmas money and has been sitting there ever since, and to use some very busy DP for WT839 Gifts GaloreI'd have liked to run with the theme title of life being a gift, but I am woefully behind with Christmas cards.

Cathy- thank you for the timely challenge! I combined this with this week's sketch challenge when I made this card. Used some embossed strips for the 3 bands across my card, and fussy cut my gifts and Santa. This was inspired by a holiday mystery box offer for Christmas I saw yesterday. Here's Is it Christmas yet?

I am playing my Challenge cardmaking, and hopefully, doing some catching up, as well.
My gift pocket is incorporated on the inside on the back of the card front, into which I inserted a gift check for a little shopping spree for my Mom to celebrate Mothers' Day. I wish I could be there for the fun! We could include lunch too! (This style gift pocket is one I often use for birthdays and occasions I want to send a little gift along with my card.)
