I know it's only a couple of weeks since I last hosted the WTUI challenge - but when I saw that this Thursday was the 5th, I asked for this slot since June 5th is my wedding anniversary . And while that's more than a few years ago at this stage, I still remember perfectly well that for a June day it was VERY grey and wet - umbrellas all round. And not exactly warm, either... So I thought that it would be lovely to see a gallery full of summer sunshine today!!
Stamps, dies, stencils, sunbursts, embossing folders - anything you like so long as it's bright and happy and says "summer sunshine" will be just perfect for this challenge.
After you've made your "Let the Sun Shine" card and uploaded it, come and post a link here to make it easy for people to find and comment! Make sure to use the keyword WT482 when you are uploading
Need help linking your card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread. 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Happy Anniversary, Sabrina! Yesterday, it was ninety and plenty of sunshine. Today we woke up to a noisy hailstorm. It is raining now. So, I guess your challenge is right on! I will have to make sunshine on a card
,
;)
Although I'm retired, I am actually going to a job today; so I have to leave now. I'll check back after work to see how everyone celebrated Sabrina's anniversary.
happy anniversary; I hope I can participate on this. I love the theme of clouds and sun, interesting to see what others do with that theme.
I have a separate board on pinterest, for this theme; don't know if this can be shared, but, will try: http://www.pinterest.com/carolyncmv/...-cards-clouds/

For today's challenge, I stamped this little bee on a flower, decorated with a gem frame and a lacy circle dc. Finished with 2 ties. Here's Bless My Blossoms

Happy Anniversary to you two. I hope you are having a sunshiny day - one way or the other. I love your rooster. I believe that's Henry. I have him too. I will be back with a sunshine card.
Here's my card for today. Happiest of Anniversaries to you Sabrina!

I kept it simple- such a beautiful day here in Bellingham, WA- added a sponged background, and some simple coloring for my girl. I even made my sentiment "windblown" by ripping the edges a bit Here's Joy In Us

A very Happy Anniversary to you & your hubby, Sabrina! It rained on my wedding day, too. They say it's good luck. Since my wedding was supposed to be outside, I'm thinking they meant "good luck with that", lol.
Anyway, here's my Bubble Pigs. Thanks so much for looking!
