Does anyone else have trouble keeping tape in the house? Perhaps it's just me, with the help of a creative seven year old, that is constantly running out of scotch tape. Even my stash of 6 rolls that I keep with the Christmas wrap has been depleted! Today's challenge is to use tape. Let's use washi tape, twill tape, double sided tape with embossing powder, glitter or flocking. There are some fun tape techniques like Faux Washi Tape or Magical Masking Tape. There are even washi tape images. Come on and " Get The Tape " with me!
I have attached Sabrina's sample and my sample below.

I'm sorry that the link isn't working for the Faux Washi Tape technique. I'm working on fixing it in my original post. My guess is that the link contains an unacceptable four letter word when the tutorial name is run together without any spaces.
So, go to this page and type in Faux Washi Tape and then click on the search button. This should bring you to the tutorial.

Here is mine! I had better luck last time I made Faux Washi Tape. Maybe the color was too light. It just barely shows up. Thanks for the challenge. Practice makes perfect, right? Maybe next time, I will master it!
Great challenge, I decided to do another card- as I have a new stamp set! Used blue painter's tape for my accent border, and orange and black ribbon. Here's Wild Thing

Here is my card for the challenge. I loved this challenge because I have recieved quite a bit of Washi tape but wasn't sure what to do with it. This is a start and hopefully I can build from here to incorporate it in my cards! TFL!
Great challenge! It is interesting to see how many different ways to use tape. And to see the different types of decorative tape there is to use. I just used Washi tape to decorate up the corner a little bit.
I finally screwed up the courage to start using some of the Washi tape that I have been collecting....and we won't discuss how many rolls of the stuff I have in my stash. Let's just say I have an impressive start of a collection! ;)
Here's mine, with some washi tape and twine at the bottom. I just love spending time outdoors in nature whenever I can! Thanks for a fun challenge! Hilltop Eagles
