Welcome to the first challenge of 2012... can you believe it!?!?! I know I can't! Jan 6th is my birthday, so my challenge to you is a choice (see how nice I am when I am looking my age in the face :rolleyes: )...
1. Create a birthday card for me (Like Toni's adorable owl one attached - thanks, lady!!!). ~OR~
2. Give me a birthday present by sharing YOUR favorite things. (I'm always down for a little enabling - I've got birthday money to spend, after all. ;) )
For my card, it seemed a little TOO self-serving to create a birthday card for myself, so I am sharing MY favorite things with you (these do NOT need to be used in your card; show me your favs)....
1. KRAFT card stock! Take a look through my gallery - I'm an addict!
2. Digi stamps... my printer and I are ONE! I love how I can size them to fit any size I want.
3. Coffee anything... my blog is called Caffeine & Stamps and my avatar is my Pug is named Latte - do I need to say more???
4. Pearl swirls... do I really need to justify that one?
5. Smooch... thanks to my fabby friend, Lydia!
6. Distress stains mixed with pearlized water... darn you, Jennifer McGuire!
7. Quirky sentiments... although I never seem to use them (that's my new year's resolution btw)
8. Tim Holtz' tiny attacher... duh! it's Tim Holtz!
9. Pop dots, and last, but certainly NOT least...
10. Stampin' Up!'s Early Espresso color... of course, it's coffee!
There you have it... a top 10 of my favorite things!

How fun my birthday is the 6th also, you are my birthday twin. Well that is what my mom called it when some shared the same birthday as you.

Michelle, here's a card I created with some of my favorite things ever, using some brand new stamps - and by the way, aren't new stamps one of your most favorite birthday presents! Friends Silhouette
For today's Ways To Use It, it's Michelle's birthday, so I came up with this collage- coffee colored paper (paper bag), buttons, ribbons, flowers, and sparkly gold and silver cord.
