I'm brain dead today--where is challenge 1 posted?
I actually have a free weekend without child but we are leaving next Saturday to go to Williamsburg so I'm taking this weekend (without child) to start getting ready so I don't have to do everything next Friday and Saturday morning before leaving. This should be interesting as it is only DGS and I going on vacation this time...wonder who will get tired of whom first

I have 2 pages completed and that will be it for tonight. My body is telling me no more sitting and using my hands tonight! Off to get some rest so I will be ready for tomorrow! Thans for all your hard work Lela!

Thanks Andi. I just need to "print" this for my DH :o Every time I have a VSBN weekend scheduled I swear he comes up with a project he wants to do ... this weekend, it was cleaning out the garage.
Fortunately, we compromised and we'll do that next weekend

Really great challenges! This is just what I needed to get my scrappin mojo back!
I find that too, sometimes, something just "sparks" my interests and my MOJO kicks in for all sorts of great craftiness opportunities ... I hope it helps me as well. I have picts selected for all of the challenge pages, now to just get some of the other pressing stuff done so I can SCRAP!

I just finished up the paper I was writing for school and now my DH says it's time for another picnic dinner at the park - yay! Off to enjoy some sunshine but I"ll be back for some scrappin' this evening too

Way to go Patti! I'm still finishing my pages as well. ;) I love VSBN MOJO. I read an email today from {Simple Scrapper} here's an excerpt:
(It was titled "Ride the Wave" ... I get totally pumped up by new product, but then life gets in the way and I don't start.
Today I had a good excuse, but I began to wonder how many times I could have ridden the wave. Were there opportunities to dive right in and leverage the enthusiasm about a new purchase to get something done? I'm certain of it!
This week I want to encourage you to stay aware of the waves in your memory keeping life. When you're feeling excited, look for opportunities to grab on and ride it out. I can't wait to see what you create!
I think VSBN is about "Riding the Wave"? All good ....

Help! I don't know where (as in gallery) to upload photos of completed pages. No galleries for August 2014 VSBN come up on the drop down menu. Poor mods have moved all my uploads. Sorry! Any suggestions?

I too was a little disappointed there was no August VSBN Gallery but if you select *Scrapbooking and then your "page "size/type" (12x12, 8.5x11, digi) and then add key words, you'll be all set ;)
