Event #3 - Shot Put
"The shot put is a track and field event involving "throwing"/"putting" a heavy spherical object �the shot�as far as possible. The shot put competition for men has been a part of the modern Olympics since their revival in 1896, and women's competition began in 1948"
Scrapping Event #3
The Shot Put for the Women's event weigh 8.8 lbs / 4 kilograms. Can you imagine launching that weight as far as you can? This event is about getting all 8 lbs as far as possible so ... this challenge is about getting the shot put out there ...
Here are the 8lbs (4 kilos) Shot Put You have to use to complete your page:
- At least 4 Word Title
- At least 4 Photos
- At least 4 Journaling Strips
- At least 4 Embellishments
- At least 4 Rhinestones, Buttons or Gems
- At least 4 colors
- At least 1 photo with photo frame or backed with cardstock
- At least 4 dots, dashes, lines for doodling
