Does anyone know the name of the free stamp set with subscription to Country Living?

It's not a full set, but I believe it is 2 of the stamps that were in the Simple
Delights Simply Sent kit that retired with the last catalog.

Has anyone who subscribed at the non-promo price received the stamp set? Thankfully none of my customers subscribed that I know of. I sent mine in early November, received 3 magazines, but no stamp/card kit. :-((
