SU alternative
I always loved the high quality of SU's envelopes. I loved the smooth, almost glossy paper. The new envelopes don't seem to be the same. Does anyone have a source for envelopes that are equal to this? It's just a simple, guilty pleasure I enjoy! Also, I've read Whisper White is different too. Does anyone know if that's true? I've always loved the quality of WW. If it's changed has anyone found a white CS that has the same gloss as WW? TIA!
I just recently opened a package of SU WW and feel as though it has changed...not as smooth as it used to be, which has made blending a bit more difficult. They also changed their envelopes too...not as smooth...gave a luxurious feel to them. I've been disappointed with SU lately...backorders and such. There are plenty of other stamp companies that carry quality product and get my business...not to mention better shipping costs!!

That's what I loved about both WW & the envelopes......the smoothness! Any suggestions on companies that have nice smooth white CS and/or envelopes. Thanks!!
Can't speak about envies, and sad to hear SU! has changed, but Gina K has lovely smooth CS.

Thanks for the info on Gina K. I go through white/neutral cardstock quickly and have always loved the SU white and vanilla. Can anyone advise if the Neenah is as smooth as SU? I have seen that on Amazon for a good price. Thanks!
