Default Storage question

I'm in the process of removing my SU stamps from blocks and mounting them with ezmount. The small sets fit wonderfully in CD cases. However, the bigger sets do not fit. What are you guys using to store the larger stamp sets? I want to keep all the stamps together.

Thanks for your help!

Here is another thread with lots of answers. I like my 3-ring binders a lot.

Unmounted storage...What's the best option?

I have my unmounted stamps in a 3 ring binder that zips shuts. I also store a few acrylic blocks in the pockets.

I do the same thing. It is really easy to tie the 2 cd cases together with thin ribbon if you want them connected.

I hadn't thought of tying them together! I was looking for a DVD holder that maybe would work...I LOVE my CD holders, but some sets are too big, and the CD holders aren't thick enough for me to put stamps on both sides. :(

after using cd cases -- I realized that I could store multiple larger sets in the SU boxes. I just stick the unmounted stamps on the sticker sheet and voila -- great for the larger sets and I don't feel like I am going to lose a stamp. Even though the box is bigger I can store multiple stamp sets that are similiar

I use the Crystal Effects to glue 2 of the CD cases togerther back to back. When it dries it is clear. Works great.

I bought some clear DVD cases from here http://www.sleevetown.com/super-jewel-boxes.shtml
They fit bigger sets and they are a sturdier plastic than most CD cases. HTH!

I also just use two CD cases for the larger sets. Most of my big sets did fit into one case, though. You will be surprised what you can get in there! I unmounted hundreds of sets this past Fall and I only had to put about 6 sets in two cd cases.

Good luck!
