Stazon clogged reinker Tsukineko customer service

Has anyone successfully unclogged a Stazon reinker? I cannot get a pin through it. I called Tsukineko and they couldn’t help me because I “did not purchase” it from them directly. Does anybody know where I can get a replacement tip?
Truthfully, I would have paid Tsukineko for the replacement tip had I been given the option. I have 4 reinkers, I hope every color isn’t clogged. Very disappointing. I have been soaking the tip in Stazon ink remover with no success.

I'm thinking, do you have a tool like a Dremel? Or even any drill you can put an extremely thin drill bit into, and actually drill through the blockage. I'm thinking the sort of drill bit used for jewellery making.

Hmmm didn’t consider that, but it being plastic, I see my fingers getting chewed up very easily. Lol

Maybe you could clamp it in something? Does Hubby have a vice or such in his workshop/garage?

Have you tried soaking the tip in alcohol? You could also try nail polish remover or acetone.

Just remove the tip and pour out what is needed and replace screw on cap.
