Bazzill sells swatch books that can be used to compare its paper colors with other companies' products. If you don't want to buy one yourself (it would have to be updated repeatedly as colors and textures are retired), check with your LSS. If they sell Bazzill, they probably have a swatch book.
Remember that, just like fabric, yarn or other dyed products, the same color can vary slightly from one production run to the next. If you need 75 sheets of the same color, you'll want to buy them from the same source at the same time, to better ensure that the sheets from different packages match (although even with that there's no guarantee).
From my experience, unless there's a HUGE difference, you are probably the only person who will notice, especially if you're making something like invites that are going to 75 different people. :p
