Default Stamp pad options to work with Alcohol inks...

I had SU's black and tossed it. Not a fan.

I have Memento Tuxedo black. It works but it isn't as dark as say Pallette black or even Versafine. I've resaturated the pad several times with the reinker but it makes no difference.

Is there a truly BLACK ink out there that works well with Copics and OMS?

Gina K. Designs has a wonderful black dye ink that works well with Copic. I just got mine in May and it is so much darker than Memento ink.

Thanks, btw! Sorry.

I also did read that you can heat set Versafine and then it will work. That was good to know.

The Copic web site has a basic info page for stampers with about five brands recommended:http://www.copicmarker.com/wp-conten...ngBrochure.pdf

Thank you! I love my unity palette noir. I'll try heat setting with it. I just assumed it wouldn't work, but I think that it is the same palette noir as the one mentioned there.

LOVE that ink. Gotta find it elsewhere now that I cna't get it from Unity.

I use my Palette Noir Black almost all the time with my alcohol-based markers, and I don't have to heat-set it. I just wait a few minutes, and it's good to go.
