They're not available to retailers to order until CHA at the end of Jan...then SB has to manufacture and ship them (from China) so I'd guess March/April/May by the time they actually make it to us retailers.

Then after they ship from China the retailers are at the mercy of the Longshore men to off load the shipping containers
Remember a couple of years ago when some popular game for Christmas was out of stock everywhere? They were all ( including the Walmart shipments) sitting in shipping containers on ships waiting to be off loaded . The Longshore men were behind schedule !
I am so excited..I have to be honest..Spellbinders has so many great dies already I thought what could they possibly come up with that I want..AND OH NO...I want them all..yet again...blessings.

I also didn't think there could be much more that Spellbinders could make that I would have to have....but unfortunately for my wallet, I am really loving most of the new dies. I keep thinking I can't possibly need another label shape...but then I see some of the creations made by the design team, and I can't resist! I've already placed my preorder for quite a few of the new dies. I especially love the Parisian Motifs/Accents and the Fancy Tags 3.
I have a sweet friend who orders them for me at cost. She is already putting in our preorder for one of everything...I am so blessed...last year she gave me the entire release for my birthday..she is such a sweet person....
blessings.

I agree- I love labels eighteen. I also love the floral doily motifs- I have been playing with that one non stop lately!!!
Frantic Fran has them all grouped together. Much easier than looking though blogs at them, although the blogs have some amazing ideas for use. She also has a specical pre-order price
I'm so glad to see this thread; I was hoping for a place to share my excitement at this new release. Just when I think that Spellbinders is becoming redundant and I don't have to get every set, they go and do this. The new release is fantastic! Just about every item is on my wishlist. Oh, and just imagine the new matching stamps we'll be seeing! I, for one, am excited!
Does anyone know how to use the Donna Salazar creative book pages? Can you bind them with any machine?
And not to highjack this thread, but the new Tim Holtz things look pretty cool too. I'm glad to see so many movers and shapers, although sometimes I think he over-does the spooky fallish (Halloween) things, but that may just be me.
Is it time to order yet....oh wait...I have to have some $$$ first...I guess I will wait a bit longer...lol. love love love nesties!
blessings.
I wish Spellbinders planned ahead so they would have the new things available to ship to retailers right after CHA. That is the time when the enthusiasm for their new products is the highest

I have this thought about Spellbinders and other mfgs too. Seems like it would maximize, as you say, enthusiasm for their new products and might help sales. Granted, supply is a guessing game. Oh well, it's their business, and I just assume they do it this way for a reason.
Personally, I've just learned to make a wish list and tick the items off as I purchase them over the months after they become readily-available. I avoid the mad rush (and get put on back-order), and I really try avoid pre-orders. I've had too many times that I pre-ordered items just to have to wait for weeks (or months) after other retailers have them in stock and shipping while the retailer I purchased through didn't have theirs yet. Yep, I've learned to play the game, LOL. :p
I am loving that fact that they have made a smaller labels 4 set so that I can have the 1/8" border instead of 1/4". I hope they do that with more of their labels sets.
Love Labels 18 too.
