Default spellbinders Labels 4 thin border?

Can someone please tell me how everyone is getting the thin border around their labels 4 die?

I saw a tutorial somewhere but can't find it now.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks
Sonya

I just trace the outside of the die onto my cardstock and cut it out by hand.
