Source for eyelet border punch

Does anyone know where to get the eyelet border punch found on the May 8, post on this blog? It is the one with the gorgeous bird. It is not a Martha punch, I am pretty sure. She has one but it has flowers. This one just looks so wonderfully vintage!

It looks like one of the Embossing Border Punches by Fiskars called Eyelet Lace. I think I got mine at AC Moore (or was it Michaels or Joann's?) LOL

You're right, it's the Fiskars Eyelet Lace. Almost all the chain craft stores carry them and use a coupon and get a good deal!

I called our JoAnn and they didn't, but Widget Supply (online) had it at a good price with good and fast shipping. Thanks for all your help. I would never have found it without the correct name for it.
