Spellbinders has 3 different sizes of scalloped borders... petite, big scallops and jumbo scallops. Jumbos are my favorite! They have 3 large scallops. Here is a link

Here is a great tutorial to make a scallop border using the corner punch. I've done it and it works, but it takes a little time:

If you want a punch, and not a die, EK Success makes one. I bought i at Michael's and I used it on this card:
Irish Butterflies by KristaTracy at Splitcoaststampers
Also, I have seen people make a border out of their circle punches. They line a row of them, and cover the top half with a layer of cardstock. All you see are the scallops peeking out below.

EK also makes one that's just a hair bit bigger than the PTI med scallop.

How do these compare (PTI, My Favorite Things, Spellbinders)? Anybody seen any reviews on these or own them to give a comparison? If you could buy just one set, which would you choose?

Went to a stamp camp and learned to do a neat scallop using SU Round Top Label punch #22. You use just one edge with the "ears", it helps to make a mark on each side of the punch so you get your pieces even, then you just line up the edge of the "ears" with the edge of your card and tape them to the back side. Four fit nicely down the long edge of a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2 card. I also use the inside paart of this punch on a 1" strip to make a fancy edge on tags for sentiments. Saves me buying two more punches. Wheeeeee I can buy another stamp set.

The Spellbinders die templates are the only ones that will emboss that distinctive finished edge. Spellbinders holds a patent on the embossing technology. Although they look similar, the dies from PTI and MFT just cut. Since I love the embossed edge, Spellbinders would be my choice.
