I finally received my first set of nestabilites today and was able to try this technique. I discoved a B plate missing from step 4. I originally posted the instructions a few days ago. .
You need the B plate on top ov everything before you run through the cuttlebug.
Below is the revised instructions that you can cut and paste.

I have had so many people request a copy of the written instructions for the double embossing I decided to post them here and you can cut and past them.

Double Embossing With the Cuttlebug

Instructions
1. Place pieces in this order:
A Plate
B Plate
2 pieces of chipboard
Nestabilities design Oval shape used in video technique
C Plate
Run all through the cuttlebug
You will have one cut out oval shape called the positive and one cutout frame shape called the negative.
2. Place pieces in this order:
A Plate
B Plate
The negative frame shaped piece cut from step one,
Nestabilities
C Plate
Run all through the cuttlebug
Save the 2 positives of your shape for later
3. Now you are going to emboss your paper card stock. Video technique used the Swiss dot embossing folder.
Place pieces in this order:
A Plate
The Swiss Dot embossing folder with the card stock inside
The 2 negative frame pieces of chipboard that you have glued together
C Plate
Run all through the cuttlebug
Now you have your card stock with a smooth oval shape in the center of the Swiss dot cardstock. You can use as is to finish your project or take it a step further in step 4, and emboss an oval shape in the center of the Swiss dot.
4. You are going to emboss an oval shape in the center of the Swiss dot where you have the smooth oval
Place pieces in this order:
A Plate
B Plate
tan mat
You Swiss dot with the smooth oval in the center card stock you made in step 3.
Nestabilities oval shape grove side down, lined up on top of the smooth oval of your card stock.
2 positive oval shapes glued together placed on top of the Nestabilities
B Plate
Run all through the cuttlebug
You now have an oval shape embossed in the middle of your Swiss dot card stock.
5. Stamp/and or finish your card project�
