I just saw the post of the two new colors and I am wondering what everyone thinks. One looks very close to Summer Sun and one looks very close to So Saffron. I really love their cardstock & ribbon so I'm not sure what I will do this month. I don't want to double up on stuff I already own.

I may get a small pack of the lemon tart cardstock, but I probably won't get either inkpad. What I love about papertrey is that they have so many different types of ribbon for each color. I will probably get most of the ribbon (which will go nicely with SU colors you mentioned IMO), the patterned paper if I like it, and one set of stamps. That flower set is looking great to me so far, and I love what the designer did with it on her blog.
I love them! Somehow they look a little fresher than SS or SS.
I think they will be a little brighter or crisper, maybe?
I'm a color Ho (got that from JanTink..hehe) so I am the wrong person to be answering this. I am not impartial when it comes to colors....there are very few that I don't like!
I can see the difference in the Lemon Tart, but I have to say the other color looks really close to Summer Sun. Can't say for sure if I will be ordering any this time, but you know, once someone here makes some gorgeous piece of artwork with those colors I will be ordering up a storm! The thing I like about PTI is they sell their cardstock in those 12-sheet packs so it doesn't feel like such a big "commitment".
I'll probably be getting them both in CS, ink and ribbon, even though they are close to the SU colors. I like things to match perfectly, and not be just pretty close. I'm just picky that way!

Yellow is not my color, so I wouldn't be getting those this month. But I'm still surprised they haven't come up with a ivory/biege color. I do look forward to seeing the new colors each month.

I love them! I am a die-hard SU fan....but Papertrey has me hooked. And one can never have too much paper, ink and ribbon! It's all about collecting, right!
I know I will get the cardstock, ink cubes, and ribbon. I've done that with the last two line's so I can't break the pattern now. I'll have to look at the patterened paper and see if it is something I need to have. I will also buy more of the ribbon in the first two colors so I have more to chose from. I can't wait to see the flower's set either. Where is the blog that show's it???
I think there's a big difference in the Lemon Tart, but I can't see a difference at all in the Summer Sunrise. I love yellow and I've never been happy with Barely Banana or So Saffron, so I'll probably get paper, a stamp pad, and ribbons in the Lemon Tart, but I may just get some ribbon in the other one and then decide what I think after I see the color in person. I also can't wait to see how the new colors look when paired with the prior four colors.

That's what I think. I love SU colors, but I have always thought there is a shade of yellow missing. PTI Lemon Tart is perfect!! YAY! I just wish PTI had markers to match, and/or ink that worked better for watercoloring.

I have been getting the smaller packs of CS and the ink spots, that way I can get a feel for whether or not I like them.
So far I like all the colors and the quality of the cardstock. I was trying to guess what the colors for this month would be, I was thinking that it would be in the blue family.

They sell refills for their colors -- and there's a way to make markers using refills. Shouldn't be too difficult.
The first time with Aqua mist release - I just bought the CS and 2 of the ribbons. Loved it so much that second time, I bought it all - the CS, PP, Ruber stamps, ink and ribbon and all I can say is that I am not dissapointed. They are awesome. I have been using the PP in my scrapbook as well and it was well worth the investment.
Their rubber stamps are too good in the sense that they are very very versatile and can be used for many different projects.
So, I am for getting the whole set again this month.
You know what?? I'll probably end up getting all the paper, ribbon, and ink anyway! I have done that so far with all their colors and have been very happy. I LOVE their ribbon!!
I do like both of them but do agree that Summer Sunrise looks like it's very close to Summer Sun--then again, I like Summer Sun alot!!!!!!
So far, I've gotten the cubes (when available) and the smaller paper packs to give them a try along with a smattering of ribbon. I'm fairly certain I'll do the same with these colors.

I'm not a yellow person either-but really like the Lemon Tart! Such a pretty shade. Will have to think a bit on Summer Sunrise. They have gorgeous ribbons and DP!!
I wasn't expecting this month's colors to be yellows, but I'm in love with both of them. I was so sad when we lost Marigold Morning, and sometimes Summer Sun is just a bit too intense, so PTI's Summer Sunshine should be great. And having a color in between So Saffron and Yoyo Yellow is wonderful too. I think that saffron is just a bit wimpy sometimes, and yoyo is frighteningly bright.
It's so hard to tell the color through a computer screen. So far, the only color I have is the Blush but it is so much softer IRL than when I look on my screen. I'm sure I'll get the Lemon Tart and probably both colors! And for sure, ribbon and the 6x6 patterned paper. I love that the patterns are smaller just for cards
I'm not a yellow or orange person, so I won't be getting the papers or ribbons but I do think I'll get the inks. I just tried the others from my order that arrived this week and really love how they look. I think I'll use them with the birthday set especially.
