Other companies Ink color matches for Stampin up ink.
I am done with Stampin up ink because this week I had trouble with three of my ink pads with the newer foam. They were dry, I re-inked them and now they just don’t work well with photopolymer stamps. One of them shifted color Yes I used the right refill, shook the bottles, pushed the ink into the pad with a spoon, etc etc. two of the pad also seem to be uneven. The response from the company was that I used wrong color refills (I know I didn’t), the ink ppads are old (no - they’re the new style maybe 2-3 years old)
I am wondering if anyone has done a color match list of Stampin up colors to other companies inks.
I still like their stamps, dies, designer paper, ribbon, etc but need to find better ink in colors that work with their colors.
Right now I am specifically wishing to replace Real Red, smoky slate, crumb cake, and pool party
I have never been impressed with their ink, I buy it only cuz it matches The other products (except for the ones that color shift)
