In order to avoid some disappointment and possible anger, I would like to point out that Tim Holtz said, in one of his Instagram Live chats, that the monthly release a few years ago was a bit of a nightmare and this time around the releases will NOT be monthly. I don't think he has given a release schedule.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I read that as she was interested in finding out about such a group. The reason I think that is because you piqued my interest as well... How does one go about finding such a group and where can we find photos of the creations you mention, please and thank you?
Side note- I know this is way OT. We have a three month old baby in our family that was just released from NICU a month ago. He just contracted Covid. He took a turn for a worse today. Would you all say a prayer or blessing for him. I know it's really OT. You don't have to post anything. Don't clog up thread. I am asking everyone. I can't believe this is happening.
ETA I hadn’t read the last several posts and just saw yours, lylacfey. I’m so sorry and hope for the absolute best health and happiness for the little baby.

Tim announced the new color today: Speckled Egg. Its seems to be a light blue that kind of changes tone depending on the other colors being used with it.
Below are the highlights I noticed from the Facebook Live but they might not be complete as I wasn't paying 100% attention at the time. I can tell I'm not into this color since I didn't pay attention and didn't rewind, lol. Not gonna stop me from exercising my FSS, though.
He said there will be 12 new colors coming between now and the end of 2021; they will not be released monthly but when 'they're ready'.
The minis will be released in sets of 4 and the crayons in sets of 6.
Regarding the enamel pin, all Distress colors are being released in pins, 6 per set at $25 each set. I think they're cute but will be a pass for me.
May the little baby show tremendous resilience and recover wonderfully!
Speckled Egg arrived, and it matches my kitchen walls. I thought it might but you never know with on-line colors.The photo makes the walls look a bit lighter than they are. I adore the color and will need to buy quarts of re-inker.

The pins can also be purchased solo for about $5.00, so maybe just a fave color or two. IOW Worn Lipstick and Speckled Egg. Not that I’d wear them.
Oh no....absolutely will be keeping him in my heart! Like you had not been through enough already if he was in NICU for 3 months. ((((hugs))))) I don't blame you. I would have thought they were the most "isolated" protected of patients.
I am going to say the same thing I said last time. I cant stand dragged out releases. Do 4 at a time at least every three months. It looks like a lovely color. that will lend itself to the oxide idea imho. I don't know what I will do, but I am tempted to wait. I would prefer mini cubes too. I would get the oxide in the meantime as a tag on to another order.
Speckled Egg is stunning. Thank you for sharing bjeans. I really love the color.
Thank you for the prayers everyone. He is on the mend and doing a lot better. He will have some brain damage but I don't want anybody scared that Covid causes brain damage in babies. This was also due to because he was a preemie just released from ICU.
