I don't know if this question fits in this forum or not, but I need some guidance. The post in my SU Ink Pad Caddy just broke and I need help. The caddy has been unstable from the get go. I want one that will hold my numerous pads and refill bottles; marker storage would be nice, too. Can anyone help me locate a storage unit that won't make me put the house up for collateral???
I second Ann's recommendation. Can't go wrong with any of their products - not affiliated with the company, just a very satisfied customer. And for about $30, your house is safe .

I got mine over the 'net from Kingdom.com which is a religious goods company - it is actually a holder for audio tapes!!!! but it works great for stamp pads (Not SU style pads) and it was really inexpensive. I think about $22 including shipping (this was awhile ago) It holds 100 pads (or at least it WOULD if I had that many!!)
These two units I use are from Stampin' Things. They are AMAZING! I have my Copics, Stickles, ink pads of all kinds, etc., on my units. You can see full details here with links. I can't say enough about these!!!!!!

Napa Valley cassette tape holders! They hold 100 cassette tapes, or 100 ink pads. You can find them on ebay most of the time for about $20 or so, and they turn up in yard sales and at Goodwill as well. This is an old photo of my temporary craft space during remodeling a couple of years ago, but it clearly shows one of the Napa Valley racks. I have two of them mounted on the wall in my newer space (and a third in the garage just in case!)
Robbie-contact your Stampin' Up! demonstrator or contact Stampin' Up! directly. My experience with them is that they have always stood behind the quality of their products. Just let them know that you have had problems with it from the beginning.
I definitely second contacting your demonstrator or Su directly. They do stand behind the product, and since you've already shelled out the dough for the caddy you may as well have it work right!
