How to store SU White Pen

I just replaced my SU white signo pen. I guess the first one dried up for lack of use. It was very old, tried everything and couldn't get it to work again even though there was ink in the barrel. Thought maybe there was a specific way to store it like the markers. Should it be stored vertical nib up, nib down or horizontal. Thank you in advance for your help.

I know they dry out, even after a year or so and still having plenty of ink! I don't know the best way....I just store mine nib down.

I store all one ended pens writing end down. If its a 2 end, I lay flat or if I mainly use the brush end and it's getting low, I store it with the end I'm wanting to use down.

At work, they think I'm nuts because I go around turning them all down...lol I just found at work for instance, highlighters tend to tease you. If you do them tip down they last longer. I know I'm not crazy...lol (stays the lunatic)

I haven't had any issues with them drying out. I store all my pens writin tip down, markers that are double ended flat. Sometimes the signo pen tip get junked up I just take a lighter and hit the end to clean them. Works well.

I store mine flat, and I have had the same one for years. I don't use it very often, but I did use it last month.

ah, I remember the lighter trick from when I was a kid. I still do it on regular ball points, but never thought about it with my scrap pens. Good idea.

I'll try this. Every white pen I've ever had has dried up with plenty of ink left.
