I found a couple at my LSS, but they are fairly spendy.
I've been told to get them at a hardware store. They are tons cheaper and work just as well.

I have not been able to find any at Home Depot or Lowes. They have them but they are much bigger and pretty expensive.

Last week Joanns had their embellishments on sale and they had packages of these. They were all the way at the bottom of the wall and I almost missed them, but they had goldtone and silver ones.

I came up with the cardboard hinges back when I taught Design Technology to 4th graders. Here is a link to the mini tutorial that I wrote several weeks ago. They can be done in any color you'd like to match your project.

Our Home Depot carries a line called Hobby Hardware, it is a smallish section next to the big hinges...I nearly missed it. The brand is IVES/schlage in blue packages.

Hiya - Starlitstudio is doing some little hinges, but I got mine in a big place (similar to what you would call Target) they did little hinges etc and they were perfect I paid something like 89p for six which in UK is very good.
