Default Help with Scor-Pal

My DH got me a Scor-Pal for Christmas and I was so excited until I tried to use it for a project. It didn't have the measurements I needed, like the 1/4" & 3/4" increments. I ended up using my Fiskars trimmer w/ scoring blade, and I'm wondering why I got the Scor-Pal...

Any helpful suggestions out there???

The Scor pal website has a ton of tips on getting the right measurments. Also the Scor Pal forum has several tips also. To do 1/4 and 3/4 scores I move the card so that it not flush with the edge but rather at the 1/4 line (score at 1" ) for the 3/4 inch score and line up on the 3/4 and score at 1". There is a post in the scorepal forum that has a better measurment guide.

Not sure it helps, but you will love it once you get the hang of it. I use it almost daily for all kinds of things, not just crafting.

Here's a link to a thread with a great document on it to help you with the scor-pal measurements. I wouldn't trade my SP for anything! LOVE IT!
