GREAT news for FISKAR TRIMMER OWNERS!
I've gone through 3 trimmers in the past 6 mos. Blades wearing out after a week and the wire fraying, it was horrible. I called Fiskars to raise you-know-what and the rep said this has been a horrible problem and that the wires were bad and causing the blades to chip and go bad, etc. He's sending me a new wire (good for life and if I have any problems, they'll send me a new one) and 4 new blades.
I haven't heard one word about this!!! So, if you're having the same trouble, the customer service # is 866-348-5661
