Default Envelopes

I really love the SU envelopes but an trying to find some with comparable quality but lower price. Does anyone know a good place for me to find any? I would like to purchase them in bulk if possible. Thanks a ton for any information you can provide me.

I buy these

They are not quite as nice and smooth as SU's but they are certainly not thin and are of reasonably nice quality. Certainly for the price (I bought 1000), it's a very nice envelope for that price.

I have to agree - they are my preferred option. Great price, and reasonable shipping too.

Anchor Paper is my favorite place to buy quality envelopes in bulk and Classic Crest is my favorite envelope. They have lots of choices of others as well.

I don't get it, I checked all of the places listed, because I need a good envelope source too, but every single one of them charge an arm and a leg for shipping! Starting at $12! Am I the only one that thinks that is too much?

I get my 1/4 folds at Staples in white or ivory. Scrapnstamp.ca has a great selection of different sized square envelopes. I'm really missing SU's half fold envelopes though.

I vote for www.clearbags.com too. I order 2000 at a time and they are just less than $80.00 DELIVERED. That is an awesome deal. I order lots and lots of these...lol
blessings.

No, you aren't alone in thinking that's too much. I just put 100 envelopes in my cart and they want $17 for shipping.... I.don't.think.so. ;)

Thanks for the clearbags recommendation. I have been looking to buy envelopes, and usually buy them from Staples, but I'd like to save some $$$ on them, especially when they just end up recycled or in the trash anyway. I freaked out at their shipping prices too, but it ended up, total price, to be .05 an envelope. This was the cheapest price I came across by far (usually they averaged about .10 a piece if not more) Granted I ordered 1000 envelopes, but at the rate I use them (75 at Christmas, 25 for my grandma's Christmas cards, 20 each at Halloween, Valentines Day and Easter plus all the other cards I send throughout the year) I figured it's a good investment.
