I am more than sure this has been discussed in another thread, but, does anyone know if you are able to use the old style sizzix dies with the cuttlebug? I have the old red sizzix machine, and am going to get a bug regardless, but it would be nice if those dies would work. TIS!!

Be sure to check the Cuttlebug Sandwich thread for details on other dies, and how to stack your plates!
Hi. Just an fyi...I have cut a sizzix, sizzlit, ellison, double do, zip'e cut and a bosskut in mine. It cut 4 diff brands at one time with no problems.
I am in the same boat.....old red Sizzix machine.....I got a converter so I could use the Cuttlebug embossing folders I purchased.....now I am wondering if this will also work for the Cuttlebug dies? I want to make the big clippy flower bookmarks! Just thought I'd ask someone before I go buy it and then need something else in order for it to work (like I did with the embossing folders  ) TIA if anyone knows!

From what I hear, you can also use the cuttlebug dies as long as you have the converter. I haven't tried it yet and they look a little thinner than the sizlets...so you may have to add some shims...but it's supposed to work.
