Cuttlebug C Spacer?

I need a new one...BAD! I've been using the same plates since I got my Cuttlebug for Christmas of 2008. I went to my local HL and they only had the B plates. I tried looking online, and only found one store that had it. It was almost $10 with $6 shipping. I looked on eBay, only to find three and they were located in the UK. Is there a shortage of these or something?

I bought one a while back online from Joann's. Two of us went together and split the shipping. They were on sale for 6.99 at that time. You might try there and watch for a sale.

I also purchased an extra C plate a really long time ago even though i haven't needed it yet and mine CB is about 31/2 years old. I try to keep an extra set of all the plates for that just in case and so far I have only had to replace B plates. I had to purchase an extra set of C plates and found Gina K to have the regular retail price but free shipping for a very small amount spent - so I recommend her and she has excellent CS.

I took my C plate to a shop that specializes in Acrylic and they cut me one for $2!! It's exactly the same thickness and size. My husband then told me they could have done it in the machine shop at his office - oh well, $2 well spent!

Joann.com usually carries them. If you can find a free shipping coupon, even better.

I could not believe it when I broke my C plate. I dont remember where I found them but I got TWO. When I was in Michaels yesterday, they had B plates on sale for $4.79 per package of two...I snagged three sets of those because I go through a lot of them with the amount of cards I make...I love dies...!

I'm so glad this thread was here. I broke my C plate the other day and didn't have a clue where I could get a replacement! I was so shocked when it broke. I keep expecting my very worn out B plate to break and that's still fine! So I just placed and order and hopefully I'll have my new plates soon! Thanks!
