Most do not package them together. As a retailer, I like it better this way. It gives people the flexibility to buy what they want and the price point would likely be too high if they were bundled. Not everyone wants dies. Some people like to fussy cut or are on limited budgets and can't afford $15 for stamps and then more for dies.
I also bought a spellbinders Shapeabilities/Hampton art stamp and die set. it has cupcakes and a candle and other birthday images. the product number is SC0494. Maybe you can find it online to take a look.
Are you looking for clear stamps or rubber stamps? I know these companies have a few sets where the stamps and dies are combined:
Clear:
My Favorite Things (MFT)
Simon Says Stamps (SSS)
Rubber:
Taylored Expressions (I recently ordered their states combo)

I think Sweet N Sassy is doing sets and maybe Our Daily Bread as well. I will have to go see. I'm sure one of those had a new release with numbers and matching dies to cut the numbers....
I went back and read your original question and I see you asked if there were companies that package the stamps and dies together. My first two posts are correct. I don't think the ones in my last post are packaged together, you can just get them to match.
The Stamps of Life has some - they are designed by Stephanie Barnard and Sizzix. She has some cute ones! And, there are additional stamps that you can buy that coordinate with some. Here is the link: Framelits with Stamps : The Stamps of Life
I love sets....sometimes it is a pain to cut out the images so a matching die set is perfect. Am I getting lazy or what? I say it is more like my hands don't do what they used to, so this makes my hobby easier! LOL
Thanks for all your responses! I know many companies sell them separately, but I was in Joann's and saw the Sizzix line with the stamps and dies together and the price was really reasonable (especially when I can use a coupon.) I will check out the other companies as well.
Stampin' Up! has some gorgeous stamp/die combos - I really liked the cannery jar set, and there's a gorgeous snowflake combo coming in their holiday mini.
Sizzix is the only company I've seen which packages them together. Kathy (muscrat) is correct about Our Daily Bread designs ......they do have a great selection of matching stamps and dies.
I agree with previous comments. I was just at a Stampin' Up get together yesterday and we used the "Secret Garden" stamp set with matching framelits. I liked it very much. They are also bundling lots of smaller sets with tiny punches (such as a 7/8" scallop and the new six-sided and mosaic sets). I have also found lots of options on-line, especially at Joann's. Joann's offers some of the Spellbinder shapes (such as the beautiful beaded ovals die cuts) with a set of sentiments and complementary images that you can stamp inside. Obviously, you have already discovered Sizzix/Hero Arts combos.
I just bought this Wplus9 pair (Fresh Cut Flowers stamps and die set) that I saw in a Jennifer McGuire video to make flowers and I love that the stamps are triple stamping images so you can really make your flowers dimensional. I remember when Stampin Up came out with double and triple stamping years ago and I fell in love with the effects that you can get with those stamp sets.

Brenda, when will we be able to see them? I love snowflakes! (Oh my, Michigan just found Spring weather & I'm tempting winter??)
There is a stamp co. from Vancouver, BC, Canada that has stamps with matching dies, but they are not packaged together. The company is called Local Rubber King.
