Default Colorbk Cardstock

A couple of years ago I got some 12 x 12 pads of Colorbk card from Walmart when I was on holiday in Florida. I got a white pad and one of pastel shades. They had a canvas texture similar to Bazzill.

Walmart don't appear to sell this now. I was wondering if anyone knows of another stockist.

Regards

Lesley

I just checked walmart.com, and it says the Colorbok paper is available in Walmart stores. I think it would depend on which store you shopped to find it.

The Walmart stores here in Oklahoma don't seem to have as large a section for papercraft as they used to.

Also, check on ebay. They have quite a few listings for Colorbok papers:

My local Walmart still carries it - I just bought a "Summer Splash" pad a couple of months ago. It's too lightweight for card bases, but it's great for layering!

Thanks, Bugga.

I think they have discontinued the 12 x 12 white. I'll have a good look when I'm in Florida in January.

I just bought a pack of the 8.5 x 11 white today. Didn't see any 12 x 12 though.

I accidentally bought a few pads of their 12x12 pastel glossy/metallic paper at blitsy.com. Misread the description. Luckily, it turned out to be really beautiful and good for card bases! You might check there as I guess it must be one of their featured brands.

I will buy some of that. It's so cheap and is nice quality. I just found the 12 x 12 useful for making boxes and 6 x 6 cards.

lesley, my Walmart just redid the scrapbooking section and they now have 12 x 12 pads of white textured. Bought one today for $5.00.

Thanks for letting me know! Hope supplies last until I get to Florida in January. Need to buy a bigger suitcase now!

I use the textured white all of the time to print out my digi papers, if they got rid of this wonderful paper - I don't know what I'd do.

The Walmart in New Ulm, Minnesota, still carries the white and black pads of textured cardstock. I just bought one of each a week ago. Maybe it just depends where you live whether they carry it or not.

Walmart in Naples, Florida were still selling the paper but only in 8x11. Looks as if they've got the 12x12 back in stock. :-)

Oh, I didn't notice the black. I'll have to grab one of those next time I go.

I realise I'm becoming obsessed with this paper.

Having a 2 week vacation in Florida in January and what am I looking forward to? The villa? The beach? The wonderful restaurants? The sunshine? No. Walmart!:p

Our local WalMart also stocks the varying sizes - I just picked up 3-30 sheet pads for $5 each - summer colors/prints but with pattern and textures. Many paper pads to choose from, some even double sided. Definitely white and black textured, and some interesting kraft patterns as well. Like I need more paper - but I am making boxes for note cards for a fund raiser, and the 12x12 works best with the best weight.
