ok, I 've had my 714 for 2+ years and love it to flippin' pieces!! BUT the last roll of tape i just finished was 100% torture!! it seems that the back "roll" (the black one) isn't rolling the excess paper...and it's driving me CRAZY!!! has anyone else had this problem?
i did call framingsupplies, where i purchased my gun, who gave me the # to 3m, and i talked to barbara...BUT i live in germany currently...(moving back to the states in April)...and thinking that this will be torturing me for over 2 months is killing me!
anyone have any ideas that i might try? yes, it is loaded properly...
