Default Anyone have/had this problem with their Big Shot??

The rubber mats slipping? Mine do when trying to emboss..is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Mine always seems to move. I think it's normal.

Grr, it's not ok when the embossing comes out all messed up! Mine does that. What I learned to do is as I'm rolling, I press down with my other hand against the plastic cutting mats firmly so the rubber stays in place and has no way to move. Move your hand to cover as much of the die as you can as it's rolling out. Careful you do not pinch your fingers! Before this, I taped the die to the rubber mat and to the back side of the paper piece I was embossing.
