Thank you so much for all your hard work. I could not figure out how to do it no matter what I tried. I have so many more that need inserts but they are such old sets I might need to just print up the blank templates and just stamp them on.

Wow, what an awesome and very helpful thread! Thank you all so much!
I recently purchased a clear mount Fast & Fabulous stamp set (from someone here on SCS) and it didn't come with an index sheet for the DVD case. Would anyone happen to have that one available for me to print out? I'm also looking for Happy Harmony as I recently purchased it without wood mounts.
Many thanks to all of the hard work and generosity that has gone into this thread. I am in the process of a major reorganization of my stamping space and this is exactly what I was looking for. Am so happy to find everything now collected here in one thread!
Does anyone have a pdf or jpg of the full size image of the retired set "A Beautiful Season"? It doesn't have to be the DVD template, just the image of the stamps.
Thanks in advance!

Check this link for an index of this set. Or see the attached.
Thanks for the link but I was hoping for something like the jpg/pdf of the original set so I could print it full size. I unmounted this set and put it on EZ Mount and wanted to print the full size sheet out to have laminated. I'm not quite ready to go the DVD case route and thought I'd give it a try. I stamped my images first but it doesn't look as professional as the jpg/pdf files I'm seeing for many of the current stamp sets.
