I took the 2008 chipboard calendar template from http://www.mayaroad.com/new/newsite/...um_insert.html
and transfered it to a word document so that it will print 4 months to an 8 1/2X 11"sheet of paper. I printed them on cardstock. Some of the outside lines are outside of the print margin but there is enough room to cut the calendar sheets 4 X4". The new corner rounder is perfect to round the bottom edges so that it fits nicely between 2 4" chipboard coasters.
When I assembled my calendar I stamped on each page and the back of the previous month. To this page, I added a pocket at the bottom so that I can tuck in receipts. I punched the holes using my Bind it All. For the coasters I had it set to cover and I found it fit nicely in the machine. When I punched the holes for the pages I set it to inside pages. (I haven't played with my machine enough to know how it works with odd size pages.) I assembled and closed the spine as per instructions.
*Also exported it into a pdf file. To get this file to print to the correct size, change the settings in the print window from fit to margins to none.
Gerri- i too have a new BIA and am having troubles getting my odd sized pgs punched right. Will you explain in your sample how you do that? Am looking forward to it
Thank you so much for the 2008 calendar template. I have tried to get many templates to work for my project, this one is perfect! Portland, Oregon :0) Kathy

As requested, here is the 2009 version of the 4 x 4" chipboard coaster calendar pages
The calendar originally came from www.mayaroad.com. I just put the pages into 4 to a page format.
I had inadvertantly posted the 2008 again. The 2009 version is now here.
